Re-watched Sailor Moon R Movie- Promise of the Rose

I wanted to re-watch the whole series for a while, however when I tried, I never got to where the Sailor Stars appeared. So I gave up due to the multiple villains, but I will succeed one day. One day.

While watching, I noticed this one villain that seemed familiar. I even made a post about it on tumblr.
