My Apologies!!!

I have been in hiatus for such a long time. Only because I'm so lazy and been feeling down in the dumps. Winter Break is now over and exams are taking over because it's considered to be the middle of the school year---sorta. This depresses me even more because you know that means school will be over and plans need to be made. Every school year that passes by it makes me feel older and not even wiser but more dumb in my opinion.

Enough about my depressing long-time-no-see-introduction-to-my-apology(?), here are things I have found and would like to share with you guys.

I have watch A Cinderella Story: Once Upon A Song starring Lucy Hale. This movie reminded me of like a old movie classic sorta feeling. It's that or Lucy Hale's voice is just wow. Her voice is really strong and struck me with astonishment. Here is the link to the movie:

I also watched a whole set of films called Ice Age. I am pretty sure you guys heard of it. :) I love it. I love the first movie the most just because of the humor and it was the start of the whole pack adventure. I loved it when I was younger and I still do! There's four movies, so four links, but I think I will post them later. Here are the names: Ice Age, Ice Age: The Meltdown, Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, & Ice Age: Continental Drift. I watched it over Winter Break. <3 I hope everyone had a wonderful winter vacation!

My mom got a DVD from the library and it was a drama. *Drumroll please*
It's called 8 Avatar 八仙全传 ! It has 40 episodes. The DVD my mom got had a language selection with Mandarin or Cantonese and it had choices of traditional or simplified Chinese subtitles or english subtitles.
It wasn't that awesome but it was addicting just because it was ancient Chinese dating back where the they wore Han-Fu looking costumes. The Emperor's surname in the drama was Chiu/Zhao/赵.The drama had familiar faces like Roger Kwok and Sonjia Kwok. I can't find the Cantonese version online but on Youtube I did find a Vietnamese version and I think Mandarin. Sadness...
This drama was very funny and entertaining. Chinese Mythology is very interesting.
I love the instrumental and the theme song and the other songs in this series but I can't find it :(

Also I wanted to talk about the 'Nice Guy'. When you have been on Youtube long enough and watched a lot of short films or parodies. I'm pretty sure you guys always wind up subscribing to someone's channel and following their shorts once a week or in communitychannel's case maybe if you are lucky three to four videos in two to three years. I'm not hating, I'm just saying. Making videos is tough there's the editing and filming and the directing. However there is this one thing that I have been thinking a lot about lately and it's called "Nice guy finishes last". And I don't agree.
Wong Fu Productions☟has made a short film and a short series for AT&T about the Nice Guy or Girl.

Nice Guy Song sung by Chester See feat. KevJumba & RyanHiga
KevJumba & Ryan Higa both have different versions of the MV on their each separate channels / On Chester's channel, he has an acoustic version.

Now don't get me wrong, I like the song and the short series. I love the song, very catchy and the MV is funny. What got me to think really hard about the whole Nice Guy concept was the Hong Kong 2011 movie starring Charmaine Sheh and Alex Fong, Love is the Only Answer. I love both actors but their roles were very different from their usual. However it was okay. It was very sexual. That's not the reason why I dislike the movie though. I suppose it was because it sorta made Him Law's character a bad guy in the end. It got what he wanted and the main characters did end up with each other but something just wasn't right. Something seemed to be missing in the movie. I would give it a rating of 2.5 of 5 stars. To me, a lot of movies have been lacking something especially Hong Kong love story movies. I haven't found my favorite yet.
Here is the link to the movie if you want to watch it:

Well I think this is it for now. I have to start doing homework. :3

Hey, I have a link to 2011's Treasure Inn Hong Kong movie, movie is in cantonese:

It was a funny, okay movie. Some of my favorite actors were in this. XD Nicholas Tse and Nick Cheung. XDDD Also Charlene Choi was really pretty in this except in the beginning with the 'stache she kinda looked like Hitler. :)

I bet if Gillian wasn't involved in the scandal a while back, she might have had a part in the movie.
Gillian did sing along side with Kenji Wu.

Gillian Fighting!!!

I thought that they missed one actor that would have made my day, Wu Chun. ♡.♡ hehe.
I'm still trying to find the movie with Wu Chun and Charlene Choi, Butterfly Lovers, in cantonese. I hope I find it soon. When I do I will definitely post up my find. >.< Wish me luck!

Speaking of luck, wish me more luck because I have three tests tomorrow. TT-TT.

It's quite funny, I wish her massive luck. :3

I haven't done any reviews lately, I 'll be sure to try and remember for next time's post.
I'm not done Tokyo Juliet yet, but I'm close to finishing Gâteaux Affairs.
Lately I have been playing on the Family Freud App. It's fun. It makes you think and you get more and more trivial after every game. I think being trivial smart is the best kind of smart. :)

Check out 連詩雅 Shiga, she sings a lot of Cantonese songs, so does G.E.M., she sings mandarin too.
Song of Day: More than I can Say {very old}
Artist Performing: Leo Sayer and Bobby Vee
I like Bobby Vee's. ♡ ☞http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LwIAEgP9gKc
Leo Sayer's version: ☞http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGKnSdikqjw&feature=fvwp
Teresa Tang did a cover of this too. :3 ☞http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPmz4u7KbQg
Here is another version which is very good too. >.<  Bird Thongcai:

I listened this song when I was little, so it's very dear to me. However I don't know which version was the exact one I listened to. I mean I know Teresa's was one of versions I listened to, but what about the male singers was it Leo or Bobby?! Bird's was recent, I just found it on Youtube.

Which version do you prefer?

To be honest though it reminds me of Hilary Duff's The Lizzie McGuire Movie. Just saying. The whole I have a famous rich double, not totally the same, just similar. But with different locations on is in Italy the other in Paris. ☞http://megashare.info/watch-monte-carlo-online-TXpNMU13PT0

We watched the first one this year or last year, however, online I can't seem to find the second one. Oh wells.  People said it wasn't as good anyway. But still... TT-TT

Happiness in a Pastry

My happiness in one treat...

I wanted to share a little sunshine treat. I guess I love this pastry so much is because it reminds me of a sun. It sorta brightens up my day or... maybe because of it's jelly-like egg filling and crispy flaky crust. It can be eaten cold or hot. It is just absolutely wonderful. This treat can comes in  big or small, it can bring happiness with one bite, of course depending on everyone's taste. It's .... *drum roll please EGG TART  (hehe. Got those emoticon from tumblr.)

Anyway... Feast your eyes on this. :P

One of it's famous origins is from Hong Kong. It's an egg custard pastry on-the-go treat.  It's usually served with Dim Sum in Cantonese/Chinese restaurants.

Here is a link to a tutorial on Youtube about making your own mini-egg tarts.

☞SPOILER ALERT☜

☝

I finished a drama with my family. :) I love watching dramas with them, especially when the characters are dressed Han Fu traditional costumes. >.< I think this drama's setting supposed to be during the Tang Dynasty. They are my favorite time period of dramas. I remember as as kid I draw clothes and hair styles like these. They are so pretty.
